We may also collect non-personal information – data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. Our Clients may use customized and proprietary Datadeck’s code, software and/or services (“Service”) to obtain information regarding the activities that users engage in while visiting their web pages (“Client’s User Data”). When a user visits a website that uses Datadeck’s Service, Datadeck codes contained on the website contacts Ptmind’s servers and enables Ptmind to collect Client’s User Data.
Datadeck’s collection and analysis of Client’s User Data helps our Clients to evaluate and understand how their users are interacting with their websites and potentially to modify their websites in order to make them more valuable or useful for their users. Ptmind’s Clients determine the types of Client’s User Data that are sent to Datadeck’s servers for analysis. This data may include or be linked to Personally Identifiable Information depending on how our clients use Datadeck Services on its website(s).
In addition, Datadeck may collect certain information about a Client’s Visitor’s computer that may be provided by the Visitor’s browsers. This includes browser information, operating system information, mobile device information, IP address, time of visit and the referring website, application, or service. Such information is collected even though not determined by the Client.
Because Clients have the sole discretion to determine what information Datadeck collects from Clients’ users, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any Client’s User Data, including Personally Identifiable information that Ptmind may collect, obtain or access in connection with operating the Datadeck service.
Ptmind recommends that each client obtain any necessary consent from visitors to its website(s), post an online privacy policy that provides each visitor with notice of its practices regarding data collection, use and disclosure.
Ptmind uses first party cookies (small text files that Datadeck stores locally on the user’s computer) on our client’s website. We use cookies to access information in order to: identify unique visitors, assess usage patterns, perform traffic analysis, identify visitors’ preferences, diagnose problems with our servers, analyze trends and otherwise administer Ptmind products and services. Cookies placed on the user’s computer do not include Personally Identifiable Information such as name, phone number, e-mail address or mailing address, nor does Datadeck link cookies to such Personally Identifiable Information in its servers or databases. Internet Protocol (IP) addresses are considered personal information and are not individually targeted or disclosed but instead are shown as region or city.
Datadeck does not take responsibility for failure by you or your browser to accurately implement or communicate your browser preferences or settings.

Pt mind never sells or shares any Visitor Information with individuals or companies other than the specific client on whose website Datadeck collected the Visitor Information. All data Datadeck collects belongs to Ptmind.
The information is provided to clients in the form of aggregated reports and/or statistics that identify collective behavior of visitors to the client’s website, as opposed to the behavior or activity of specific or identified individuals.
If Ptmind becomes involved in a merger, acquisition or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Ptmind takes adequate precautions to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
At Ptmind we will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When purchasing our product, payment will be requested via Stripe. Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your credit card number, expiry date or security code. No payment information will be requested of you when registering for the free trial.
Ptmind does not knowingly or intentionally collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13 or from websites that are directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
Any significant changes to this privacy policy will be made aware to you via our login page for 14 days.
